Hi, I’m Elissa. I’m an LCSW with over 13 years of experience. I spent 10 years working in non-profit agencies, schools, and hospitals before transitioning to private practice. Additionally, I have training in yoga, dance, and acting.

What gets in the way of you achieving your goals? I enjoy working with individuals searching for a life of purpose, using an empathic, warm, and collaborative approach to help you access your innate resiliency.
As an integrative holistic therapist, my goal is to create a safe relationship to help you uncover your true potential and understand the negative stories that create barriers for you. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, family of origin issues and beyond. In a supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to your individual needs.
By applying complementary therapy approaches, we will unearth long-standing patterns or perceptions that may be holding you back. I take an active approach to therapy and draw upon my training in CBT, Mindfulness, Family Systems Theory, and Psychodynamics to facilitate insight into thoughts, emotions, behaviors and relationship patterns.
